Advanced Nanoelectronics & Nanostructures Laboratory

Led by Prof. Zafer Mutlu, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Arizona

ANNLab develops advanced materials and builds them into devices for computing, sensing and wireless communication. We carry out the full process in-house, from synthesizing materials to building and testing devices.
